You may use the chat box if you are in need of help right away about In Touch EMR and In Touch Biller PRO.
You can access the chat box in all of the pages in In Touch EMR.
Type in your information before starting the chat. This will help the chat customer service representative to find your account easily and speed up the process.
Here’s how it would look once the chat started.
Just type your messages on the message box and a representative will assist you
What if chat support is not available?
An icon that says “Leave a Message” will be available in all of the pages of In Touch EMR if it is after hours and there is not support representative available.
Once you click the “Leave a Message” icon, it will notify you that there is no available representative but you may leave a message and we will get back to you.
Fill out the necessary details like name and phone number so that we can get back to you easily.
A text box bellow allows you to leave your message.
Click on Send Message when you are finish.
To access support for your In Touch EMR account, click on Support from the main menu.
The following support options are available:
- In Touch EMR support; for clients who use In Touch EMR alone.
- In Touch Biller Pro support, for clients whose In Touch EMR account is integrated with an In Touch Biller Pro account.
- The Helpdesk can be used anytime to submit a support ticket to your In Touch EMR support team regarding technical issues, membership questions, or training material questions.
- Updates, let’s you know all the latest additions in In Touch EMR as we are constantly improving the system to accomodate client needs.
