Step 1A – ADD THE SERVICE IF IT IS NOT PART OF THE SUBSCRIPTION
Step 1B – CONFIRM UPDATE OF MEMBERSHIP PLAN
Step 1C – CONFIRM PAYMENT
Step 2 – SET UP APPOINTMENT REMINDERS
1. Go to Marketing
2. Click on Appointment Reminders
3. Type the Caller ID Phone Number.
Step 2A – SCROLL DOWN AND CLICK SAVE. TAKE NOTE OF THE VERIFICATION CODE. WAIT FOR THE VERIFICATION PHONE CALL AND PROVIDE THE CODE
Step 2B – CONFIRMATION MESSAGE OF VERIFICATION WILL APPEAR
Step 3 – PROVIDE OPTION FOR PATIENT TO RECEIVE APPOINTMENT REMINDERS
Step 3A – SELECT TYPE OF APPOINTMENT REMINDER THAT THE PATIENT WILL RECEIVE
Our system triggers appointment reminders 24 hours prior to the actual appointment. If the appointment was created within that 24 hour window, then the appointment reminders will not send out since they didn’t ‘pick it up’ 24 hours prior.
For example, let’s say you add an appointment for Amy on Monday. She is scheduled for Thursday at 12 noon. The algorithm picks up the appointment on Wednesday at 12 noon and sends it out. However, if the same appointment was added on Wednesday at 2 pm (for an appointment on Thursday at noon), then the appointment reminder will not send (since it would have tried sending the appointment on Wednesday at noon and it didn’t find the appointment)
