How to Change the Related Appointment Date

To change the related appointment date that was already binded to a document in progress, click on resume to access the subjective component of the documentation.

Note: Completed documents’ related appointment date can no longer be altered.

Click on the related appointment date.

After you have selected a new appointment date, make sure to save the change by clicking on ‘UPDATE APPOINTMENT’

After you have selected a new appointment date, make sure to save the change by selecting the SAVE button

You can confirm the related appointment date was changed by going back to the patient dashboard and see the date beside the document in progress.
