If you have forgotten your password and are unable to login, the only way to retrieve your password is to reset your password at In Touch EMR, click on the blue “Forgot Password” link on the In Touch EMR login screen.
Please do not share your account password with anyone, since this is a HIPAA violation and can lead to civil and criminal penalties.
ANY INFORMATION YOU EXCHANGE WITH IN TOUCH EMR IS CONFIDENTIAL AND IS INTENDED SOLELY FOR THE USE OF THE INDIVIDUAL OR ENTITY RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS INFORMATION AND THE INDIVIDUALS THEY ADDRESS.
Your account may contain information covered under the Privacy Act, 5 USC 552(a), and/or the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (PL 104-191) and its various implementing regulations and must be protected in accordance with those provisions.
If you are not the intended recipient or the person responsible for delivering your information to the intended recipient, be advised that you any use, dissemination, forwarding, printing, or copying of your account username and password is strictly prohibited.
Password Reset Instructions
In Touch EMR will ask you for the email address associated with your username. An email will be sent to you with instructions on how to reset your password.

If you are logged into your account, there is another way to change your In Touch EMR account password.
Simply click on your email address at the top right hand corner and click on the drop down arrow.
Click on the “Change Password” option in the pop up menu.
In Touch EMR will require that you enter the following in order to change your password:
- Your Old Password
- A New Password
- Confirm your New Password
Make sure to click “Save” when you are done.
